NuAge PC, LLC is a computer consulting company that provides service to residential and commercial customers. Once service has been rendered there is no refund.

NuAge PC, LLC. will gladly stop monthly or yearly automatic billing on any Caveman Plan TM account or other NuAge PC Internet Services account or service provided.

If you sign up for a monthly service and request the service to be canceled, your account will no longer be re-billed starting with the date of your notification.

Your service will still be active until the renewal date; at which time the account will be canceled and deleted from our system.

To cancel your account, simply use the secure email link on this page and select the option to send mail to the sales department with your request to stop future billing to your account.

Please be sure to include your first and last name as well as your NuAge PC user name when making the request.

NuAge PC will promptly refund any charges made, If your request was placed before your re-bill date and your account was still charged.
